NZXT offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your high-performance gaming hardware and components.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your NZXT account and submit a support ticket to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack your product in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
